Join me and Glenda for a workshop to celebrate Spring and the life force that is unfolding within us and around us.
Glenda will guide participants through a gentle restorative yoga practice that I will accompany with the gong. We will unwind tension, connect with the breath, and clear pathways in the body. This will allow the body to more fully receive the healing vibrations of sacred sound. The session will culminate with an extended sound meditation.
This is an invitation to replenish and nurture body, mind, and spirit through sound, movement, breath, and stillness. The result will be a deeply meditative and healing experience.
This practice is open to all bodies and levels of experience, whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.
