Fall is a time where we prepare and make room for what awaits us in the Winter and the New Year. It’s a time for vision setting and dreaming, for finding gratitude in all that has been given, and releasing what is ready to be let go.

Join me for a special online 6-week series as we transition into all that the Fall season has to offer. Classes are designed to support you on all levels and will include a combination of conversation, dharma talks, tools for stress-reduction, yoga, and meditation.
