What to Expect
Each session includes:
A short breathing or meditation practice to help you settle, focus, and think clearly
Clear, practical frameworks you can apply immediately
Focused group conversation to refine your thinking
Defined next steps so momentum builds week to week
The centering practices are simple and accessible, designed to support steadiness and clarity as you engage the work.
This is a strategy-focused, conversation-based experience.
There is no movement component in this series.
This is for you if:
You care deeply about something you want to improve, shift, or strengthen
You tend to over-function or carry more than is actually yours
You want your actions to reflect your values
You’re ready for structure, accountability, and thoughtful dialogue
