Coaching is a dedicated space for you — a place to pause, notice what’s happening, and reconnect with yourself. There are times when you can feel something in your life asking for attention — your energy, your direction, your clarity, your wellbeing — yet creating space for that on your own can be difficult. Coaching offers a steady place to land and catch your breath while you sort through what’s unfolding.

Each session centers what you need in that moment. You set the pace. You choose the focus. Some days you may want practical support or help navigating decisions. Other days you may need grounding practices, integrative health tools, energy work, or honest conversation.

Underneath all of that is this: you don’t have to walk your way through these seasons alone. My role is to be fully with you — a clear, steady presence who helps you hear yourself more easily, understand what’s shifting, and move through your life with more clarity and choice. Not to direct your path, but to walk alongside you while you find it.

COACHING PACKAGES.

Creating a set of sessions can give you a steadier rhythm — a regular space to return to, stay connected to yourself, and have support as things unfold over time. Packages are designed to offer that consistency and structure in a way that’s flexible and shaped around your life.

You can choose the format that works best for you: in-person or virtual, 60- or 90-minute sessions, 4 or 6 sessions. Sessions can be paced in whatever way feels supportive, and each meeting centers what you need that day.
