KRUGER NATIONAL PARK, SOUTH AFRICA  ·  MAY 11–17, 2027

Into the Wild. Into Yourself.

The wild doesn't wait. Neither do you. Six days in one of the world's last untamed landscapes — to release what's been holding you back and step into what's always been yours.

SOUTH AFRICA

One of the last places on earth that hasn't been tamed

Kruger National Park is 7,500 square miles of African wilderness — lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, rhino. Ancient baobabs. Bone-dry riverbeds. Skies so wide they reset something in you.

Most of us have spent years getting good at being managed, measured, careful. Six days in a landscape that answers to none of that has a way of reminding you what's still untamed in you.

THE RETREAT

Real inner work. Real wilderness.

Clarity. Courage. The capacity to move through hard things without losing yourself. You already have all of this. Sometimes distance from daily life — real distance, the kind with elephants on the horizon — is what opens the door.

Surrounded by the rhythms of the African bush — sunrises over the Lowveld, stillness on a game drive at dusk, conversations around the fire — you'll do the inner work that actually changes things.

HOW WE WORK

Every day, three rhythms

The retreat is structured — but not rigid. Each day moves through the same three anchors, letting the work deepen naturally.

01

Morning Movement.
Gentle yoga and meditation to arrive in your body before the day begins

.

02

Inner work.
Facilitated group sessions, personal reflection, and exploration guided by proven frameworks for real change.

03

Into the wild.
Daily safari excursions, game drives and guided walks, letting the bush anchor and integrate what's moving inside you.

Meet the Team

  • Amanda Dandy

Amanda works at the intersection of the clinical, the somatic, and the energetic — mind, body, and spirit as one system, not three separate concerns. Trained through Duke Integrative Medicine, the Satir Growth Model, Kundalini yoga, and Peruvian shamanic traditions, she brings the full range to bear. Her clients tend to arrive with something specific. They leave having accessed something they didn't know was already theirs. People often say she sees them more clearly than anyone ever has.

  • Joanne Perold

Joanne is a facilitator and coach who has spent 15 years supporting leaders and teams through complexity, change, and the inner work that makes outer change possible. As founder of Faethm, her work is rooted in the Virginia Satir Growth Model — a framework she brings not as technique, but as lived orientation. She creates containers where honest transformation can unfold — with warmth, precision, and deep care for every person in the room.

The wild doesn't wait.
