Whether or not you have a regular health and wellness routine, the stresses of life can push you out of balance. Regularly identifying and tending to these areas of dysregulation and dis-ease is an important part of holistic health and self care.
In addition to yoga, mindfulness, and integrative health work, you will be sent a specialized package of products from Wise Goat Organics that have been hand-selected for this program. We’ll take the products together each day, and throughout the week I’ll be reaching out with practices, reflective assignments, and group coaching opportunities to support your journey.
This is not your typical New Year’s Detox. Our approach to this program will be gentle and supportive; no harsh detoxes. Over the course of a month you will be guided through a full emotional, spiritual, and physical rebalancing allowing you to emerge with a solid foundation of holistic health upon which you can further build and expand.
